Two plans for different phases. Stack subscriptions when momentum matters.

Here are answers to the most common questions we get. If something’s not covered, feel free to reach out.
We’ll be sad to see you go, but no worries. Just email us and we’ll cancel your subscription so it won’t renew at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll still be able to submit requests and receive designs until your subscription period ends.
You can switch between norta.base and norta.pro, or stack multiple subscriptions at any time. We do recommend planning ahead together. This helps us suggest the right combination and timeline to get you the most value.
At norta, we focus on smooth, ongoing collaboration. Our best value comes from a continuous pipeline of work that supports your momentum, so we don’t offer subscription pauses. If your needs change, you’re always welcome to cancel and resubscribe later when the time is right.
norta.base is designed for startups that already have a well-defined brand, visual identity, and asset library. It’s ideal for teams looking for a steady stream of marketing assets and website maintenance. By building on your existing assets, we’re able to offer this at a significantly lower budget.
norta.pro unlocks the full creative power of our team. This is where we develop fresh design concepts and creative ideas. This includes visual storytelling, technical explanations, simplification of complex ideas, animations, and entirely new webpages or experiences.
Absolutely. You can add one or more subscriptions on top of your current one, with each subscription adding another parallel work pipeline. You can also combine base and pro subscriptions depending on your needs. We’re happy to plan this together and recommend the setup that gives you the most value. Once the milestone is behind you, you can scale back or switch subscriptions as needed.
Yes. You can submit as many tasks as you’d like, and we’ll work through them one by one based on your priorities.
Yes. Just keep in mind that significant changes may require revisiting earlier stages of the process, which can extend the original timeline.
Yes. You can reprioritize upcoming tasks at any time. If we’ve already started working on a task you want to deprioritize, that’s still possible. It may slightly affect the overall timeline.
Most tasks are delivered within two business days for review. More complex work, such as complex webpages, decks, or animations, may take longer.
Yes. All source files belong to you, and we’re happy to share them upon request.
Think of feedback as a single, consolidated package. You gather your comments and send them over, and we’ll make the updates and return the revised deliverable, usually within one business day.
As many as you need.
While we’re waiting for your feedback, we’ll move on to the next task in your priority list. Once your feedback comes in, we’ll pause the secondary task to address your comments first. After revisions are complete, we’ll continue with the next task in line.
Norta works with a small number of startups to ensure focus, quality, and true partnership.
